XMG is owned by Earnshaw & Associates a VAT registered Closed Corporation solely owned by Geoff and Elise Earnshaw. The registered office is in Ramsgate, South Coast, Kwa Zulu Natal.
Both individually and collectively the owners have enjoyed considerable sustained commercial success in both small and corporate businesses.
Elise was a role model for women in the IT Industry where she rose from the bottom rung of the ladder to become Group Strategic and Marketing Director and Legal Counsel for one of the largest listed IT companies in South Africa.
Geoff built South Africa’s first true regional shopping centre and was a pioneer in that industry. Simultaneously, he was Editor and Publisher of two national retail trade magazines and author of the book “Ringing Up Retail Sales”.
